Symone is an Attorney practising in Moosa & Pearson’s deceased estate and property law departments. She is a conveyancer and specialises in the structuring and implementation of a variety of property transactions for both private and commercial clients. Symone’s experience includes inter alia, advising clients on property transactions, matters relating to sectional title disputes, personal use rights and servitudes, administration of deceased estates, as well as fiduciary services (such as, drafting ante nuptial contacts, estate planning and the registration of trusts and other estate planning structures).
Symone is a foodie and fancies herself a gastronomist; she has a passion for baking, experiencing different types of cuisine and loves things sweet. Symone believes in the importance of giving back (to both humans and animals) and is always willing to donate her time to worthy causes. She regularly helps vulnerable persons, primarily women and children, both professionally and personally.
