Yumna Moosa

Attorney

Yumna is an Attorney in Moosa & Pearson’s deceased estate and property law departments.

While completing her LLB degree at the University of the Western Cape, Yumna was placed on the Deans merit list in each academic year culminating with her graduating summa cum laude (‘with the highest distinction’). While completing her LLB degree, Yumna demonstrated her dedication to community service by providing free legal services to underprivileged and vulnerable persons.

Yumna has considerable experience in civil litigation, trust law, drafting of wills, and the administration of deceased estates. She is passionate about conveyancing and property law and is presently working towards obtaining her qualification as a Conveyancer.

In her leisure time, Yumna enjoys spending time outdoors; she is particularly fond of early morning walks on the beach. When she is not outdoors, Yumna enjoys baking all things chocolate and spending time with her dearest friends and family. Yumna will never turn down the opportunity to settle in with a cup of tea to watch a game of cricket or read a novel from cover to cover.
